How do you ensure security and confidentiality of information?

Accordingly, our systems and processes have been meticulously designed and tested to prevent any unauthorized access or use of private/ confidential information. Will I be locked into a long-term contract for your service?

Rest assured, our call centre personnel are well-trained and experienced to handle these calls. Our call monitoring processes and continuous training ensure high quality of all calls.
Do you provide any guarantees on conversion of leads into customers?
Yes, we do! Please refer to our SLA for specific guarantees.

No, we don't. What we guarantee is diligent follow up on all your leads as per the SLA. You will be provided with the status of each lead with detailed information on every follow-up.

As you can appreciate, conversion of a lead into a customer is dependent on several factors that are beyond our control. These include factors such as quality of lead; intent of the person sending the inquiry; location of the inquirer, etc.
What happens to all my leads and customer information once I cancel/ suspend your service?
Oops. We hope you never have to do it. However if you do choose to opt out of our service, for whatever reason, all information pertaining to your patients and leads will be available to you in a pre-defined format.
